I would say the PM and the Part Time hold about the same amount, the PM maybe a bit more since it is an open top. I am looking to get a St. Louis GM soon and I am about 5'4". I guess it depends on the store. My boutique lets me take pics! I have the PM in the Anjou which is basically the same as the St. Louis, it’s plenty big. I’m petite (5’2”) and the GM felt massive like my Neverful GM which has become my beach bag. The strap drops are pretty short, I can wear. I am new to Goyard. I love the light weight of the bag and how it looks so effortless. I’ve been watching a ton of videos and reviews online to figure out if the St Louis is durable and if the sizing would be good for me. I am 5”2 and wanted to make sure this bag . IMO, I prefer the GM as I like larger bags and how they look. The St. Louis is a thin and slouchy bag from the start but I have noticed that when it slouches more as I put things in it, it does make it look smaller (or at least less wide.) I would definitely go with whichever bag you think would look better on you.
