I took it to the Omega service centre who pointed out that the valve was open (I had no idea - I never touch the valve as I don't dive). A good ten years ago, I had a few challenges with a Planet Ocean that involved a few trips to Omega. On the last occasion it came back to me, it fogged up like yours. Because it had been back and forth a few times, I asked them to honour the international warranty and replace the watch.I went got river rafting with my seamaster and once I was out of the river my watch had condensation inside. Anyone knows why this happened or how to remove it.
