I went out for a walk earlier today and checked my watch after 5 minutes to find the centre of the watch had fogged up slightly, definitely inside the watch. 10 minutes later it had . There is no magical mystery to cause water or moisture that is inside the watch to transfer to the silica pouches. It is doing nothing. I have had a watch fog before and the best . Half hour later it came back, and then disappeared after about 5 minutes. Your body heat is warming up the watch causing condensation on the inside. This can only mean that there is a leak somewhere allowing moisture to get in, either near the crown or the crystal. I would recommend taking it to a professional as only they will be able to completely dehumidify the watch and perhaps fix the leak.
